how to boot from USB drive with win10x64 install from UEFI mode

hello, i want to boot with my usb drive windows 10 installer from uefi mode  can someone help me with that i dont want change it to bios i want test it to uefi mode

that was a serious question - whats wrong with you ?
Configure EFI-firmware.
Use the button "Power on to firmware" and connect your USB device while the VM has focus.

this is not work i tried to do that maybe wm dont have support with that mode?
