Regarding 'VMware vSAN Design and Sizing Guide'

Hello,

In page 73 of the book 'VMware vSAN Design and Sizing Guide'  (VMware® vSAN™ Design and Sizing Guide | VMware ), why the size of cache SSD should be 400GB ? why not 4.98TB/20=250GB ?
