Set Max Resolution

Hello,

is there a way to set max resolution for a remote BLAST session?

I have some users with a 4K monitor and they are killing my vGPU profile, I would like to restrict connection to 1080P and not more.

You need to adjust the vGPU profile to restrict the max resolution. If you need different profiles per pool then you have to create a new pool.

If you are using linked clones, you can set it in the pool settings.

Yes I can set different vGPU profiles,  some profiles "theoretically" supports 4k, but in the real world 3D performance will suffer.

I would like to cap the maximum resolution with Instant clones, so I don't have the possibility to set it in the admin console.

It would be nice to be able to limit the resolution via a conf setting in /etc/vmware
