I have this version installed VMware-ESXi-6.0.0-Update3-5050593-HPE-600.9.7.0.17-Feb2017 and I can't find information if there is an new update? Or Have I to install a new version?

There is almost certainly a newer HPE-customized build of ESXi 6.0 U3 available, but you'll have to get it from their site.

These HPE customized ESXi images can be found on the VMware download site (Download VMware vSphere ). Please note that in this case there are two different versions available, a Pre-Gen9, and a Gen9-Plus version.
