Windows 10 Surface Skype for Business Virtualization

I have a VDI Windows 10 with Agent 7.7 installed with the Skype for Business Virtualization package installed. I'm running the Horizon View client 4.10 on all of my desktop systems. When I log into my VDI from my Windows 10 Surface, and launch Skype for Business within the VDI system, the Windows 10 Surface desktop (this is my native client not my VDI) continually tries to flip back and forth between Desktop mode and Tablet mode. I've tried turning off Tablet mode on my native client, but it continues. If I close out of Skye for Business (completely exit the program) on the VDI, the native client stops the behavior. If I launch the VDI from my Windows 10 Surface while in Tablet mode, I can launch Skype for Business within my VDI without issue. This only happens on my Windows 10 Surface native client and not on any other client I run my VDI on. I can't find anything in any of the log files to tell me why this is happening, and I'm  wondering if anyone else has seen this.
