I used the ESXi Compatibility Checker tool then i get some report. I didn't understand a topic. should I  do something for I / O ?  do i need a new driver for I/O

If you read your own screenshots carefully it tells you all you need to know:

1. Your NIC is certified
2. The minimum driver version is stated
3. A newer driver is available

I have to load a new driver. For example, what would you do? You installed the new driver. I want to learn your idea

My idea is to download the newest driver available that supports that hardware and go from there. So if v4.x is available use it unless you notice problems.
