How can i solve this issue?

Clear cookies in your browser and try again, or try another browser, or the same one in private/incognito mode.

I cleared cookies and tried private mode in two browsers (firefox and chrome) and i still have the same issue.

Have you already registered for a trial in the past and are attempting to do so again? If so, you can't do that.

Then I'd suggest emailing VMware as this would be a back-end account issue which none of us here have access.
