This a HOL issue. I enrolled a device in HOL - WOrksapce ONE UEM lab, and a policy was pushed, but the device does not show up any message for successful enrollment. After the 1.5 hour lab was completed, the device got enrolled into the group and it was pushed with a policy. when I relogin the HOL lab, I didnt find the policy nor the device.
Contacted VMware support but the call is on wait for more than 2 hours. Need very urgent help as it s a real time device. Kindly advice pls.
The issue is resolved.
The real time iOS device can force uninstall the MDM profile (not he play store app) from the device which will wipe out the pushed policies.
path - settings- general- device management- the MDM profile(here it is *.awmdm)
