Issue with validating your login credentials against our backend database

I see this seems to be a common issue, I am attempting to view my Skyline Advisor page and am getting the same error:

"issue with validating your login credentials against our backend database" --any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Welcome to communities.

To get access on Skyline Advisor it usual takes 48 hours from the time of installation of the Skyline Collector, till then we would receive the same error message.

Could you please confirm on which option are you clicking to login to Skyline Advisor.

Hi Ashwin, we've had it running for well over a month now. Also, when I attempt to login to the https://skyline.vmware.com

It takes me to a page that only offers Vmware Cloud Login..

I'm having the same issue now. Been up and running for over a month for sure, never had issues before.

I noticed I'm no longer getting my emailed status report either.

I reached out to support the day I created this...their answer was to "wait"..In my particular case. I did upgrade the appliance...and within 2 days I was able to see my data in the advisor.
