To get access on Skyline Advisor it usual takes 48 hours from the time of installation of the Skyline Collector, till then we would receive the same error message.
Could you please confirm on which option are you clicking to login to Skyline Advisor.

It takes me to a page that only offers Vmware Cloud Login..
I'm having the same issue now. Been up and running for over a month for sure, never had issues before.
I noticed I'm no longer getting my emailed status report either.
no answers/ideas for this yet?
I reached out to support the day I created this...their answer was to "wait"..In my particular case. I did upgrade the appliance...and within 2 days I was able to see my data in the advisor.
