Building a 2 node vSAN homelab with Witness Appliance

Hi all, decided to start a blog the other day. Today I needed to rebuild my VMware environment so I thought I'd write up how to set up a 2 node vSAN appliance with a witness host for use in a home lab.

Please feel free to add any critique, comments etc.

Hopefully this helps someone as I don't recall finding one when I was building it for the first time, although it was a lot of fun repeatedly breaking it and starting again.
