installing macOS mojave 10.14 from dmg file on vmware

I'm a beginner in this so I'm not sure why this is happening. I have a macOS mojave 10.14 as dmg file, I'm trying to install it on VMWare workstation 15 so what I did was: 1- I converted the macOS 10.14.1 Mojave.dmg file to ISO using dmg2img. 2- I ran VMWare unlocker to choose Mac OS X system during VM creation. 3- I create new VM on VMWare and choose install operating system later. 4- I chose VM settings -> hardware -> CD/DVD (SATA) -> Use ISO image file and selectd the converted iso file.

VMware cant start the boot correctly and gives efi virtual disk unsuccessful and so on.

I don't what exactly am I doing wrong, I followed this tutorial https://jj09.net/installing-mac-os-x-in-vmware-workstation-on-windows-8/

It is a violation of Apple macOS EULA by running macOS on a non-Apple hardware (see clause 2). https://www.apple.com/legal/sla/docs/macOS1014.pdf

It is a violation of VMware EULA by cracking the Workstation Pro software to run macOS VM (see clause 3.1[h]) and running a VM guest OS that violates its EULA (see clause 3.4).

https://www.vmware.com/content/dam/digitalmarketing/vmware/en/pdf/downloads/eula/universal_eula.pdf

Violating EULAs of different vendor(s), and helping you to do so is also a violation of the VMware Communities Terms of Use (see clause 4[a], 4[f]). So no one is allowed to help you on this specific topic/post of yours.

https://www.vmware.com/community_terms.html

So what you are doing wrong is you are doing something that is considered illegal.

If you want to run macOS VM, you need to use Apple hardware (MacBook, MacBook Pro, mac Mini, iMac, etc) and use ESXi or VMware Fusion.
