jquinter06 I am not sure why would you keep same ISCSI broadcast with 2 different vSwitch?

any specific reason?

I have two vswitch configured one in iSCSI software mode and the other Dependent iSCSI hardware, both with two network cards.

my intention would be to have everything in Dependent iSCSI Hardware mode.

But my serious doubt, if I have same broadcast domain, could influence the performance of the network iscsi

More often than not I have seen issues using hardware HBAs for iSCSI. I would recommend you use software adapters.

No doubt hardware ISCSI are better to use, but if you already have software adapter no need of changing amd along with if you use both even then there is no impact on performance.
