I have read a similar question in this forum. I am using a huawei server. no huawei custom image. huawei has described a very messy method about custom esxi iso . I have to prepare. If I download the default esxi 6.7 iso from the vmware site and then install the drivers with create esxi custom iso  ( how can I do this ) . or second method to install default vmware iso. then install manual drivers on esxi server. I don't understand anything yet. If I install default image, which drivers do I need to install manually

The drivers that Huawei has for the server you need to add them to the custom image.

If you install using default vmware iso image, then you need to add drivers from specific hardware vendor i.e Huawei  in your case.

You can use the vSphere ESXi Image Builder to create an ESXi ISO with custom drivers added.
