UEM has a Group Policy setting to allow Certificate Support for Mandatory Profiles.
I'm building out a Windows 10 image using VMware's published method, with includes Mandatory Profiles to get the Login times to a reasonable level. (I'm getting 24 seconds)
I'd like to test the Certificate Support, but I've setup UEM 9.5 in NoAD mode to see if it's faster than using Group Policy. (I heard it was fast)
My issues is that there is very limited support documentation on the variables for the NoAd mode XML file.
Specifically, the Certificate Support for Mandatory Profiles variable.
If anyone knows the variable, or has a full list of supported variables that would be awesome.
Purely from a UEM perspective, NoAD is not any faster than configuring the UEM agent through Group Policy. It might be faster/easier to configure, depending on the circumstances, your experience, your dependency on other people in the AD team, etc, but that's it.
Having said that: still, give it a try :-) The documentation should contain all the necessary info. For instance, Enable Certificate Support for Mandatory Profiles Setting.
