UPDATE:

after weblogic object configured for the specific instance of windows server in the VROps UI, runtime autodiscoverer  throws java error below.

configuration changes -

java home set as HQ_JAVA_HOME=c:\Oracle\jdk1.8.0_77

agent.properties edited, added weblogic.installpath=c:\oracle\middleware\wlserver

weblogic.jar and wlclient.jar copied over to C:\ep-agent\bundles\agent-x86-64-win-7.0.0\pdk\lib

07-12-2018 15:13:31,287 EST ERROR [autoinventory-scanner] [RuntimeAutodiscoverer] Unable to run autodiscoverer for plugin: Weblogic 12.1 (consult product setup help): java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: weblogic/jndi/Environment

did we missed anything else?
