Moving a virtual Windows 2012 R2 domain controller to a physical server

The primary domain controller is a Windows server 2012 R2 virtual machine running on ESXi 5.5 - yes, I know it's not supported any longer - and I need to move it to a physical server.  found some articles on this and wanted to reach out to the VMWare community to see if anyone has actually done this, did it work, how did you do it, did you use a 3rd party software.  We do have 2 DC's and I'm really trying to avoid creating another DC.

Thought?  Suggestions?

You'd never want to do that. Install a new DC on your physical server, replicate the two, and decomm the virtual one.
