how to configure UAG connection to horizon

This is environment topology

I configure UAG connection to Horizon Server.

Then connection to Horizon server using Horizon client.

Select "Do not verify server identity certifiates".

After User name and Password.

show a error:

Could not establish tunnel connection.

What should I do?

Here is what I have in my setup. I have port 443 set on the connection server URL. Your PCoIP port is wrong, it should be 4172. I have our gateway location set to internal (the UAG servers are in our DMZ).

Check the docs for firewall ports that need to be open. Sounds like your firewall is blocking 443 to your tunnel address. Also, what happens during initial connection is the UAG communicates with your internal connection server (for auth purposes). Ensure 443 is open between the UAG and your connection server too.

Because I want to configure PCoIP use 443 port.

Proxy Server is CCProxy.

Only allow 443 and 80

I conncetion UAG in the VLAN10.

After enter user and password it also is failed.

The error:

The connection server firewall is disabled.

The is connection server RUL issue

I use https://ConnectionFQDN:443 is OK.

But I connection to Blast and PCoIP desktop is black screen.

About the black screen. Are you using GRID cards? I have seen that issue but only on Blast when 3D cards are involved. I am not sure why and it happens, it does it internally and externally.

I don't have 3D cards. The black screen noly appear externally connection.

Internally connection is OK.
