Can we schedule for Bulk VM's Hardware version upgrade at particular time ?

Hello Everyone, of VM's

Can we schedule for Bulk VM's Hardware version upgrade at particular time ?  I know we cn schedule the Hardware compatibility of a VM's but in host there might be multiple VM's running and we cant downtime for all VM's. Is there any option in VUM for scheduling the bulks VM's HW upgrade ? Any help is much appreciated.

Hmmm?

- VUM can upgrade vHW and VM Tools for VM(s)

- VUM have a scheduler to specify exact date/time

- VUM lets make you different scheduling for running, shutdown, suspended VMs

- VUM lets make you select the VMs you want. You can select by hand or run the selection on a VM folder

Isnt this what you want?

Yes, i'm looking exactly what you mentioned. Please let me how can we schedule particular VM's based on  outage window from the customer.

Just start the remediation and take a look to step 3. (Schedule).  Its self explained and exactly that what youre asking for. Its build into VUM and works out of the box.
