Wmware Fusion ca not start Virtuelle maschine

Hi,

I have problem with my Vmware fusion om my MAC.

By startting the virtuelle maschine i get the error

Vorgang für Datei „/Users/xxxxx/Documents/Virtual Machines.localized/Windows 10 x64.vmwarevm/Virtuelle Festplatte-s003.vmdk“ fehlgeschlagen.

When I press again, I get the same error message, by pressing Abort I get the message :

Festplatte /Users/xxxxx/Documents/Virtual Machines.localized/Windows 10 x64.vmwarevm/Virtuelle Festplatte-s003.vmdk kann inkonsistent sein.

The check by  vmware-vdiskmanager -e

says

Disk chain is consistent.

Could you please help me.

please open a command line, go to the VM's folder (/Users/xxxxx/Documents/Virtual Machines.localized/Windows 10 x64.vmwarevm/), run ls -l, and provide the command's output.
