Insufficient space on source export partition during VCSA upgrade from 6.5 to 6.7U1

I've been trying for a few hours to get this upgrade done but keep running into the following error:

I've checked both the old appliance and the newly deployed appliance and both have more than 4.1GB of space left on the specified partition.

Can anyone please offer some insight on this?
