NSX Logical Switch creation behavior on 6.4.x?

      Hello,

Thought I'd share this weird behavior that I noticed.

We are running NSX 6.4.1 on our environment, which was upgraded from 6.3.2. Recently, I noticed that whenever a logical switch is created, the Distributed Portgroup associated with that logical switch would be created with VLAN type set to none (meaning untagged).

Previously, when you create a logical switch, the port group associated with that logical switch would have a VLAN type set to the VLAN ID that you used to prepare the host cluster for VXLAN (Let's say VLAN ID 10). But now, I've noticed that all logical switches created after upgrade to 6.4.1 has the associated DV portgroup with VLAN type set to none, while the logical switches that were created prior to upgrade still has the associated DV portgroup with the VLAN type set to VLAN ID 10.

Is this a new behavior on 6.4, or an issue? I am curious.

      Thanks,
