Hi

Has someone come across this type of error before and what could be the possible solution, is this an AD or network related issue

Appreciate any assistance on resolving this issue

Check the user account you added in for instant clone domain admins, and make sure it has the proper permissions to create an computer object in that OU.

Hey,

It looks like AD account permission is not set correctly. Have you used the same account before for creating Clone ?

Make sure that account which you are using has sufficient privilege to create computer accounts in AD.

we have been using the same a/c since deploying Horizon earlier this year. Have tested account by adding & removing PC"s from the domain and works fine. This issue started when one of our Data Center  was taken offline due to a fire

Make sure the account isn't disabled or if another team has made changes to permissions. As a test try using a different account that also has the correct permissions.

If you have multiple connection servers I'd advise following the resolution in Restart order of the View environment to clear ADLDS (ADAM) synchronization in Horizon View (2068381... just in case something is out of sync.
