i already have VCP55 Certification will be expired soon , can i take VCP65 delta exam 2V0-622D ?

You have a choice of 2 exams - 2V0-622 or 2V0-622D - pass either of those and you achieve VCP6.5-DCV as well as renewing your VCP5-DCV.
