vSphere HA agent on this host could not reach to the isolation address:192.x.x.x ??? can anyone guide me the solution to solve this issue.

by default the HA isolation is the management network's default gateway address.
Can you confirm that this address is reachable/pingable from the host(s)?

That explains it. What's needed is a reliable IP address that can be reached from all hosts.
To change the default isolation address to something elst that the default gateway, you'll need to configure some vSphere HA Advanced Options
e.g. das.usedefaultisolationaddress = false, das.isolationaddress0 = <a reliable IP address>
That default ip address is the firewall ip address.
how can i change it to reliable ip address?
Would it be an option to allow incoming ICMP (ping) traffic from the internal LAN to the gateway address on the firewall?
