I've lost access to Skyline Advisor since getting notified my 1.4 appliances were upgraded to 2.0.
I receive this error after logging in:

For Production entitlement support customers, please proceed to the Skyline communities for assistance: https://communities.vmware.com/community/vmtn/skyline
Please correct your backend database and restore my access.
