Not able to log in to Skyline Advisor since 2.0 upgrade and migration to Cloud Services

I've lost access to Skyline Advisor since getting notified my 1.4 appliances were upgraded to 2.0.

I receive this error after logging in:

There was an issue with validating your login credentials against our backend database.

For Premier Services entitled customers (BCS/MCS/HCS/Telco), please file a Support Request under Product "Skyline Advisor" to get assistance:https://www.vmware.com/group/vmware/get-help/

For Production entitlement support customers, please proceed to the Skyline communities for assistance: https://communities.vmware.com/community/vmtn/skyline

Please correct your backend database and restore my access.

Please confirm which option are you using to login to Skyline Advisor.

Welcome to Communities,

We are working on this and we would like to know the user name and company name which you have used to register Skyline, also confirm which user you are using to access Skyline Advisor.

I would also send a personal message where you can share the required details.
