Upgraded to Horizon 7.6 last week, since the upgrade, at launching a pool, many of our users are getting "You are not entitled to use this desktop", if they wait a few seconds, click "try again", they can launch the desktop. No changes in the environment other than upgrading Horizon from 7.3.2 to 7.6.0.

Are your entitlements based off users in horizon our user groups. I bet this is a delay in getting records back from ad. I can't pull up the information right now, I'd open a ticket if you haven't already., but I think they can see this in the logs
Yes, a case has been opened with support, no answers from them so far.
User based entitlement, dedicated pool, had no changes in AD nor the environment, the only change was to upgrade Horizon from v7.3.2 to v7.6.0.
We have been seeing this same issue. Did you ever find a resolution?
