Sure, vRNI can read standard vSwitches from vSphere. Don't expect network flow data though, as the vSphere standard vSwitch can't produce Netflow. You'll have to have your top-of-rack switches send Netflow to vRNI (missing the VM to VM traffic inside the hosts).
