Hello
We have implemented horizon view and created two master images
- windows 10 64 bits
- windows 7 32 bits
We have created many pool using these master images.
We are using outlook 2016 and we have exchange 2010.
Currently we are facing a problem while creating the mail profile on a windows 10 pool, the outlook become not responding while searching for the mail settings and it says restart or close application.
To note that the same profile can be created on the windows 7 machine and after that it can be set on windows 10 because it is already created on windows 7.
Also note that when we first created these pools, user mail profile creation was working properly, so i don't know what has changed and caused this issue.
What do you guys think that causing this issue.
