Worstation 15 Pro: Display Resolution is not adapted

When I used WS14 Player and Window 10 with an Ubuntu virtual machine, evrything works fine.

I could resize the Player window and Ubuntu got the new resoltuion from the new window size.
But now I have upgraded to WS15 Pro and when I want to resize the VmWare Window the Ubuntu resultion is not adapted.

It still remains with the old resolution.

this function is there as previously. Could you please try to reinstall vmtools to try? I tried in my env it works as expected.

Can you verify that in Edit > Preferences > Display "Autofit Guest" is checked? (You can uncheck "Autofit Window"). If this still does not work for you, is clicking "VM > Fit Guest Now" working for you? If still not, what is your tools version?
