Hi,
Not a big bug, but it is a tad bit confusing.
If you have run the Fusion Tech Preview and run the upgrade via the popup where it says that a new version is available "do you want to download and install now" it will update the bundle under /Applications/VMware Fusion Tech Preview.app
So your non tech preview app is installed under the tech preview bundle.
I noticed this as I had added it to the dock and saw the "tech preview" tooltip even while it executes the 11.0.0 released version.
So will uninstall and install fresh instead.
