vCenter and NSX Manager on VXLAN port group - best practice

What is best practice regarding the port groups the NSX Manager and vCenter should live on? Traditional VLAN or can they be on a Logical Switch?

It is recommended to leverage VLAN for all Management Components. Considering the connectivity requirements , NSX manager need connectivity with VC,ESXI,Controllers etc . So either have a dedicated VLAN for NSX components or you can have a single Management VLAN either on DVS/VSS based on licensing and micro-segmentation need.

You may please refer ->https://www.vmware.com/content/dam/digitalmarketing/vmware/en/pdf/products/nsx/vmw-nsx-network-virtu...  Page No: 111 discuss about VC design decisions. The circular dependency what they are referring is the same point what we discussed in this thread.
