vm workstation 14.1.3 on windows 10 not support HiDPI with multi monitor

One 4K monitor with 200% zoom, another 1080 FHD monitor with 100% zoom,

moving workstation pro window to 1080 FHD monitor,  the UI font size don't change.

HiDPI support is a new feature of Workstation 15. If you need this feature, you can choose Workstation 15.
