近日遇到一个esxi6.5虚拟机性能问题，请教大家。
环境：
esxi6.5 (3周前由esxi5.5升级而来） ， fc san存储，datastore, 10台物理机组成集群，HBA卡, vmotion和业务段分离在不同网卡。
几天前开始遇到虚拟机性能问题，读延迟很高，能达到分钟级别，导致虚拟机操作系统和里面的应用出现异常。
检查了硬件，服务器，光纤交换机，存储，都没有硬件上的问题。存储端也分析了性能，真正落盘的数据读写延迟都很低。
现在有些疑惑，不知道该如何入手，谢谢执教。

Recently, here came out a performance issue of esxi6.5 vm.
Environment:
esxI6.5 (update from esxi 5.5, 3 weeks ago) , fc san storage, datastore, 10 physical machines cluster, dual HBA card, seperated vmotion and application network card.
Several days ago, came out performance issue, read latency is very high, about minutes level. Cause vm os and application problem.
Have checked hardware including server, fc switch, storage, all is normal. Storage have analyse the performance is normal. Latency is normal. few ms level.
Now , don't know how to handle this case. Looking forward for supporting.
