What IPs, Ports and URLs do I need to allow in my external firewall to use Skyline???

What IPs, Ports and URLs do I need to allow in my external firewall to use Skyline??? is it the same as vCenter ???

Our servers are not allowed for Inbound/Outbound Internet traffic except few like vCenter, WSUS, SCCM etc...
