Persona and Windows 10 Start menu

After spending hours perfecting the Win 10 1803 start menu, I enabled Persona and it broke the Menu. My research indicates this is an old problem with Win 10 and Persona in Linked Clone pools. The VMware answer is UEM but we are not licensed for it. Before I give up I thought I see if anyone has made this work with Persona. We are on Horizon 7.5 and Windows 10 1803.

I had the same problem when implementing Windows 10. The only way I found to get around it was to disable the GPO below so it wasn't roaming the appdata\local folder. It can tend to break other apps, but it's better than no start menu at all.

Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > VMware View Agent Configuration > Persona Management > Roaming & Synchronization > Roam local settings folder

Thanks for the info. I'll try that in my next deployment. In the meantime I ditched Persona for Microsoft Roaming and it has been working fine.
