Using a local account, administrator role.. Connects fine to my vCenter, however adapter shows collecting but I get no data. Collection status shows none.. What could be wrong?
There could be lots of things wrong, but you've provided little information. What version of vCenter is this? Can you show screenshots? What local account?
That's quite a large gap between vCenter and ESXi. Use a domain account instead and see if that's any different. Stay away from local accounts in most cases.
