Replication with VM network adapter disconnected

Hello.

I have a question:

Can I replicate a VM with its network adapter disconnected?

When I recover a VM,  is it necessary VM powered-off, OR could I disconnect its network adapter, and use option Recover with recent changes?

Thank you.

Hi

By default the vsphere replication disable the nic.

vSphere Replication disconnects virtual machine network adapters to prevent damage in the production network. After recovery, you must connect the virtual network adapters to the correct network.
