How to create own events for custom alarm by PowerCLI 10.1.1 ?

In vSphere6.5, if you create new alarm thru GUI in vCenter, you will see Triggers setup in Step#2, and you can configure own events as Trigger events for the new alarm.

But there is no related cmdlets to do so in PowerCLI 10.1.1, how can I create the own events (not predefined) for my custom alarm by PowerCLI ?
