vRA Installation Process failed on DEO

hello Expert,

I run installation process unfortunately on this phase we got the issue. Can some one help me to resolve this issue .

If you could let me know few details that will help:

VRA version that you are trying to install

What kind of deployment(simple distributed)

how many machines is involved in the environment if its distributed, which component is installed on separate servers.

Which document are you following for installation .

These failures can be caused by any of the following situations:

• The Manager Service is installed but has not been properly started.
• The address of the Manager Service that is being used during installation is incorrect or is not reachable via the DEM Orchestrator or Worker service.
• If using load balanced Manager Service servers, the load balancer may be incorrectly routing the validation check to a server where the Manager Service is not installed or not running.

Iaas web-2

manager-2

Dem worker -2

Proxy Agent-2

Which document are you following for installation .

yes. it is first article which i have checked ....... no luck so far

Problem has been resolve after disabling heath monitor and  Disable all secondary nodes on LB.
