    OSR Report.

      Hello,

        We just got our install up and running (Finally!) as we had to wait for our CAB to approve during our monthly meeting.

       

      The installation went great.  Is there a way for us to troubleshoot why we can't see our OCR report?  This is the error we are getting when logging into the

       

      Whitelabel Error Page

      This application has no explicit mapping for /error, so you are seeing this as a fallback.

      There was an unexpected error (type=Internal Server Error, status=500).

      could not download file

          Hello Nick,

           

          Welcome to Communities,

           

          The first OSR report is ready for view after 3-4 weeks of Skyline Collector registration, please reply back with your EA account & Organization Name if the registration was done 4 weeks back.

            Hi VishShah,

            I tried to message you with the information but i kept getting a red bar at the bottom when i hit send.  Can i contact you via e-mail to provide the information?  The registration was done the first week of July.

              Thanks for sharing the details,

               

              It seems that you have registered collector on 03rd August 2018, hence we would request you to please wait another 3-4 weeks until the new report available to you for download and view.

               

              Let us know if you need additional information 'or' have any other questions that I can help with.
