Weird. Only "VMnet0" will work as a VIrtual Network. Is this a bug or a feature? Trying to connect to VMnet 2, 3, 4, or even 5, dosen't work.
What host OS? What version of Player?
Have you assigned those (by default unused) VMnets to connect to a specific physical NIC?
#1: Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME, Whistler, XP, Vista, 7
#2: Player 14
#3: I don't know what is NIC
NIC = Network Interface Controller
As already mentioned by RDPetruska the virtual VMnet adapter you mentioned (2, 3, 4, 5) do not exist by default. Once you create a VMnet, you need to configure it, i.e. select whether it is Bridged, NAT, or Host-Only, and - in case of Bridged - assign it to a physical network adapter (NIC).

#1 - Those can't be your host OS - Player 14 won't even install on any of them - requires a 64-bit host OS.
#2 - 14.0.0, or a newer build? You might want to use the latest if you aren't already, for any security updates and bugfixes.
