NSX Manager 6.4.1 errorCode 412

I'm troubleshoot an issue with one of our sites, Started the process of installing the NSX manager 6.4.1 like we have so many times with 6.3.5, all is good, EAM ok, Licences ok all other NSX managers ok (this is a secondary manager in a multi site), all looks ok except when we start the host preparation phase, I see the cluster however when i click on install  i get this error (errorCode" 412, message "internal server error has occoured).  Hmmm  if any one has seen this any help would be appriciated, untill then i'll troubleshooting with the logs before lodging a Service Request.

If you login via SSH to the nsx manager, and trying to start the host preparation in the UI, are there any related log entries with "show log" ?

And are you sure that the EAM service is running on the corresponding vCenter server? DNS and networking is also fine?
