Just as a public service announcement... If you build a Postgres SQL AppStack and customers are not able to logon to it via PgAdmin try a different version of the AppVolumes Agent on the machine.
With AppVolumes Agent 2.12.0 customers would get error:
could not connect to server. Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061) Is the server running on host "localhost" (127.0.0.1) and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?
After changing to AppVolumes Agent 2.12.1 it works as expected.
