We've recently started seeing NSX edge appliances (v 6.3.5) that are regularly rebooting due to an OOM condition. These are "large" edge configurations with low traffic (<100 CCs) that are only configured with basic load balancing, no other services.
Opening a case with VMware, we were told this is a known bug with L4 LB, and the only way to work around it is to disable acceleration and run it through the L7 LB.
The fix won't be available until 2019.
This seems like a whopper of a problem. Is my configuration that uncommon that this isn't seen enough to raise the priority, or am I getting wrong information here?
