Any idea about vmware player error message "This host support Intel vt-x, but Intel VT-x is disabled".

I have a Lenovo computer with Intel i5 and windows10  When I tried to establish a Linux system through VMware, an error message came up with " this host support Intel-vt-x, but Intel VT-x is disabled". I have tried to reboot with the vt.iso attachment in a USB drive, but it does not work either. I have powered cycle the computer too. I cannot find BIOS/firmware settings my computer. Any idea about how to solve this problem?

Based on this Lenovo support article https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/ht500006 it looks like for InsydeH20 BIOS, you need to go to the Configuration menu and enable Intel Virtual Technology. In case it is not the exact same wording, in some other BIOS/EFI, it can be called Intel VT, Intel Virtualization.

Your i5 CPU also needs to be from Westmere generation (2010) or later to be able to run version 14.x of VMware Player.
