Receiving a 504 error when attempting to add vcenter - SR#18823955306

Receiving a 504 error when attempting to add vcenter. I receive the following message:

Http failure response for https://sr-skyline.primed.com/api/v1/manage/endpoint?auto=false: 504 Gateway Time-out

Hi,

I have verified that your Skyline collector is able to communicate with our server and data transfer is working fine for the vCenter already registered. I will close this thread and continue to work with you on SR#18823955306 in adding the second vCenter.
