vRO 7.3.1 SSO Authentication issue with vSphere.

Hello All,

Looking for support in vRO Configuration:

vCenter - 6.5 u1

vRO - 7.3.1.

I deployed the vRO appliance and started the configuration from the **:8283/vco-controlcenter.

While configuring the Authentication Mode with vSphere:

The Certificate was accepted but after that under Identity Service I provided credential for Administrator@vSphere.local  but the error says "ERROR! THE PROVIDED CREDENTIALS ARE NOT VALID"

whereas using the same credentials I am able to login-in to vSphere Web client.

Note: Already Checked the compatibility of the version of vRO and vSphere, they are fine.

Hi Samesh,

For user name, you need to provide a value in format user@domain, for example administrator@vsphere.local
