Cannot restart syncronization after P2V

I've P2Ved a server using Converter 6.2, scheduling syncronization after finish and on a specific time of the day. After all the operations finished, I'v tried to "force" a manual syncronization but probably in the wrong way (I just entered the job settings and changed from "schedule" to "manual"). The sync run and ended normally. Now I need to re-run it, but I'm unable to edit that job (it looks "inactive" and the voice "syncronize" is grayed). I can only reP2V all the machine from zero! Is it possible?

Is there a shortcut to re-run a sync job without recreate a brand new VM?

Shortly - not, because change tracking was stopped. You'll need to run conversion again, and *do not* include 'final synchronization' in order to get availability for continuous synchronizations.
