Unable to Connect USB to VM

Hi Friends,

I am using VMWare workstation Pro 14.1.2 build-8497320.

I am trying to connect USB to VM which is windows 10, in the first action it didn't return any error and the USB is not getting connected. If i tried to do again, it shows unknown error. If i uninstall and install the workstation software & restart the host it works till next restart and same issue is experiencing afterwards. Does any one have similar issue and any workaround?
