What we try to accomplish is only capture the .OST file for outlook and maybe in the future 1 or 2 applications, nothing else. For the rest we use UEM to selectively capture profile info.
So if this is our goal, why not only Include the few files and/or registry items we need and ignore all other stuff? In my opinion this could possibly minimize setup complexity, make sure we only include stuff we want and prevents stuff being added to the writable volume we are not aware of. Incuding only a few files looks easier and less prone to error then figuring out what files should be excluded and potentially missing files, registry settings and processes.
Is this possible at all?
